DC Startup Week is the heartbeat of startups and innovation in DC. I have been across the country and globally seeing other innovations in other startup ecosystems, and DC Startup Week puts us right on the top across the nation and globally.

I moved to DC from NY and attended DCSW to get involved in the local startup community. I met many influential people, including a well-known entrepreneur. DC Startup Week has truly transformed my life, and I am grateful for having had the opportunity to participate.

DC Startup Week has provided incredible opportunities, opening doors that were previously closed in other organizations. The chance to discuss diversity within cannabis technology is rare, and finding organizations willing to support such discussions is even rarer.

My engagement with DCSW, especially in the climate & sustainability track, played a crucial role in Ampliphi's acquisition by ClimeCo. It's a testament to the supportive DCSW community.

It's been a fantastic networking opportunity, connecting me with numerous investors.

This event helped us connect with VCs, angels, and startups in the water space, expanding our network and positioning us as leaders in a niche market. The community here understands the unique challenges and opportunities in entrepreneurship.

As a business owner. the greatest impact that DC Startup Week has had is really just challenging me to continue to remain curious as it relates to my approach to both operating a virtual business but serving clients and an increasingly digital global economy.

I'm meeting a lot of people from my area of interest. so I guess networking is the best part of the conference and that working at the food zones and the corridors and by the restrooms is something that I didn't expect to be as resourceful as it actually is. so I'm amazed.
